Changes to requirements after development has started may affect the project's cost, scope, and delivery timeline.
Additional work outside the originally agreed scope may require additional charges and client approval.
3. Quotations and Pricing
Any quotation provided by Web Artisan Infotech is based on the project requirements available at the time the quotation is prepared.

The scope of work increases
Unexpected technical requirements arise
Any material additional charges will be communicated to the client before the corresponding additional work is undertaken.
4. Payments

Clients are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule.
Web Artisan Infotech may pause development, support, deployment, or delivery when an invoice remains unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.
5. Project Timeline
We make reasonable efforts to complete projects according to agreed timelines.
However, delivery dates may be affected by factors including:

Events outside our reasonable control

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the information and cooperation reasonably required for project completion.
Clients must also ensure that any text, images, videos, trademarks, logos, software, data, or other materials supplied to Web Artisan Infotech may lawfully be used for the intended project.
The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and licenses for client-provided materials.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for custom project deliverables will be governed by the applicable project agreement.
Transfer of agreed final deliverables may be conditional upon receipt of full payment.
Web Artisan Infotech retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, development techniques, libraries, templates, know-how, and other intellectual property that was not created exclusively for a particular client.
Third-party software, libraries, themes, plugins, APIs, fonts, images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

9. Website and Application Maintenance
Development services do not automatically include ongoing maintenance unless maintenance or support is specifically included in the project agreement.
After project completion, additional charges may apply for:
New functionality
Design changes
Software upgrades
Server configuration
Security updates
Third-party compatibility fixes
Content changes
Performance optimization
Technical support
10. Testing and Acceptance
Web Artisan Infotech takes reasonable steps to test projects before delivery.
Clients are expected to review completed work and report issues within any review or acceptance period specified in the applicable project agreement.
Issues caused by later modifications, third-party updates, server changes, unsupported environments, or external services may not be considered defects in the original development work.
11. Confidentiality
We take reasonable measures to protect confidential business and project information provided by our clients.
Both parties should protect confidential information received during a project and should not disclose it to unauthorized third parties except where necessary to perform the services or where disclosure is required by law.
12. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services to:

Either party may terminate a project or service according to the termination provisions of the applicable project agreement.
Amounts owed for work already completed, third-party costs incurred, and other applicable charges may remain payable following termination.
